Harford Tech Claims Both Team Titles at CCBC Essex Winter Holiday Classic
ESSEX, Md. (Dec. 19, 2025) — Harford Tech captured both the boys’ and girls’ team championships at the CCBC Essex Winter Holiday Classic 2526, held Friday at CCBC–Essex. The meet featured 13 varsity events on each side and brought together a competitive field of regional programs to open the indoor track and field season.
On the boys’ side, Harford Tech finished first with 94 points, showcasing depth across sprints, distance events, relays, and field competitions. Dundalk placed second with 74 points, followed by Perryville (48), Edgewood (40), and North East (34) to round out the top five teams.
The Harford Tech girls delivered a dominant performance, winning the team title with 108 points. Dundalk finished second with 52 points, while Rising Sun (44), Edgewood (39), and Elkton (38) completed the top five. Harford Tech’s success was fueled by victories and podium finishes across relays, hurdles, distance races, and the throwing events.
The meet also featured strong performances from a wide range of schools contributing to a competitive and energetic atmosphere throughout the day.
