The Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference (UCBAC) Indoor Track and Field Championships were held Jan. 21, 2026, at CCBC Essex, with all 13 varsity events completed for both boys and girls.
Harford Tech claimed a decisive sweep of the team championships, winning the boys title with 117 points and the girls title with 116 points. The Cobras’ success was driven by exceptional depth, particularly in relays, sprints, hurdles, and field events.
On the boys side, Harford Tech pulled away behind strong performances in the 300, 500, and 4×400 relay, while Perryville finished second and North East placed third. Fallston captured the boys 4×800, and Bohemia Manor stood out in distance and throws.
The girls championship saw Harford Tech dominate the relays, winning both the 4×160 and 4×400, while Patterson Mill earned runner-up honors behind a victory in the 4×800 relay and consistent distance scoring. Perryville, Edgewood, and Rising Sun rounded out the top five teams.
Across the meet, athletes produced numerous personal records and season bests, highlighting the depth and competitiveness of the conference. The championships showcased a balanced mix of sprint speed, distance strength, and field-event excellence, with Harford Tech emerging as the clear standard on both sides of the program.
